Because of my unique background, I see hundreds of opportunities a year. Most of which are junk. I have often looked for opportunities in the Health and Fitness field but, after due diligence, found most opportunities to be long on promises and short on substance.

You may remember from my book Winning the Cash Flow War or from my speeches, I evaluate every opportunity with the same initial criteria.

1. Must be an Existing Industry with Demand (No Product First, Market Second).

2. Must be a Solid Product from a Solid Company.

3. Must have a great team for Training and Marketing.

4. Must have some level of Support.

Most businesses I look to transact personally never get past number one. My latest project not only satisfied each of these tests, it did it in such a way I was amazed. Solid industry, great demand, 14-year-old publicly traded Biotech Company, solid product, and a great income opportunity – not to mention an incredibly low entry cost!

I don’t get to use the words “innovative” and “revolutionary” very often, but I certainly can in this case. After some in-depth research, I was sold.

So why am I telling you?

You are reading this for one of three reasons. Either you have read my book and know the importance of creating multiple income opportunities. Two, because we have had some sort of positive businesses relationship in the past. Or three, you are looking to finally be on the ground floor of something big.

In the end, I am only looking for a team of about a dozen affiliates. This is a team that will work with me personally – not some staff member somewhere. Once my team is solidified I will begin to refer business to my team members. Why? Plenty of business to go around and I have no problems sharing. Not to mention I like to spend time traveling, riding my motorcycles, and golfing.
